Harry Sanderson

Harry Sanderson was born in 1895 and at some point, attended Guisborough Grammar School.

During World War I, Harry served as a Bombardier in the 13th Siege Battalion, Royal Garrison Artillery. He died on 3 August 1917, aged 22, and is buried in Dickebusch in Belgium.

His name is recorded on the Grammar School’s War Honours Board — alongside the names of all of the Grammar School’s alumni to die in the First and Second World Wars.
